Garden Studios & ThinkPods Google reviews

Garden Studios recently completed the Foster 42 studio for us. I am very happy with the high standard finish and the comfortable spaces. All their staff were polite and efficient, and quickly responded to any issues that arose. A special thank you to Josh and his building team, and also Jane and Amanda for answering all my questions.

ThinkPods is a thoroughly professional company and have been a pleasure to deal with. There is so much to praise about this company but the standouts would have to be in their strong focus on process resulting in on time delivery and clear communication right from the start, from meeting with sales to close out with the site supervisor. All staff and trades encounted along the way were always professional and polite. There wasn't a single day that went by during the construction without a trade being onsite. Any issues encounted were resolved without question and to our satisfaction. Execution was faultless and the quality is outstanding! No hesitation in recommending them to anyone wanting a Backyard Pod or Studio.

The highly professional team at Garden Studios delivered us an amazing studio despite some early planning challenges due to an LSIO on our property. We are delighted with the result and the quality of the build which was completed in a surprisingly short build time. A very big thank you to Niel, Alex and Justine in the office and to Josh for managing the build onsite. Communication was always excellent and the whole team was always friendly, courteous and very responsive to any issues raised. We would highly recommend Garden Studios.

We used ThinkPods by Garden Studios to build our backyard pod. We chose the company as they were one of the few that offered a professional planned and considered approach to the build. Many other companies are simply get on and build type situations whereas Thinkpods offer a full end to end design and build process that is highly planned and coordinated. They provide detailed drawings and even manage permits as required. They also have the added bonus of being able to go along to their showroom to view actual examples. The staff at ThinkPods are also very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We had the pleasure of working with Tristan who was kind and helpful. He guided us through the entire process. The build manager Giri was also excellent to work with as he was response and managed the build on time. The onsite builder Dale was also great and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend using Thinkpods if you are considering a garden pod. Especially one that is beautifully designed.

Our family needed a space for our teen. We were looking for a company that could provide a turn key service, quality build, be affordable and fast. Ours was a custom design requiring a building permit and on site assembly in a rural location. Garden Studios delivered on all and more than we had wished for! The team was warm, courteous and very professional. There was obvious pride in the service and attention to detail - from site analysis to design to build to final clean up and follow up. It was amazing to see the build come together as seamlessly as it did. A couple of little details involving minor superficial design features were quickly improved on without being pointed out by us. It was so great seeing that extra level of care. We are impressed with the clever design and product features that also have sustainability in mind. We highly recommend the Garden Studios team. A big thanks to all especially Niel and Giri. Floria and Dino...with their very happy daughter, Bella

Everyone I dealt with at Thinkpod was wonderful! Carol was patient and thorough, making sure I was extremely happy with my decisions. She guided me through the process seamlessly. Giri was meticulous in organising the trades, setting up times with me. His workmen were wonderful. My Thinkpod is ready a week before I was expecting! So excited to start being creative in my new space. Thank you everyone.

We love our new garden studio! The perfect parent retreat, reading room, entertaining space or guest room. Ours is a custom opus with European laundry. Niel was great to work with, patiently going through all the details for our particular build, and Josh was fantastic on the build ensuring a smooth process and adjusting minor details as needed. Kept to projected timelines for a stress free experience. Couldn’t be happier!

Our thinkpod has just been completed and we love it. It provides us with the extra living space we need and is beautifully designed. The process from start to finish with seamless. Working with Carol from the initial stages of the design, followed by the various trades completing the build, and the construction manager Giri - I would rate them all five stars! A special mention to the guys that completed the final clean of the pod and removal of all sight materials, you did an amazing job at returning our outdoor space to a pre-construction state. This is exactly what we needed, thank you all.

Garden studios built a Degré studio for us. My family and I were very impressed with the quality of the unit delivered on time by Garden studios. They exceeded our expectations in every facet of the build. I would highly recommend Garden Studios to anyone wanting to build a granny flat or a secondary dwelling

We had a wonderful experience with ThinkPods - from the initial meeting with Tristan through to the final inspection with Giri (and everything in between with the talented boys in each trade), the project ran like clockwork. The end result exceeded our expectations and we love our backyard Kyoto Pod. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending ThinkPods; a truly professional company who impressed us each step of the progress.
